1. Classification by power
The power of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is the customer's preferred indicator, which determines the quantity, size, quality and effect of the cleaned object. Therefore, manufacturers also attach great importance to this indicator. Generally, scientific research units such as laboratories, laboratories, research institutes and drug control institutes, as well as small-scale units such as watches, glasses, jewelry, etc., use less power (generally less than 500W); In the mechanical and electronic industries (such as gear, bearing, lead screw, oil pump nozzle, electronic circuit board, diamond, etc.), the power used is mostly about 500W-2000W; Aerospace, hydraulic components, surface treatment, pharmaceutical plants and other industries will use more power, generally around 2KW-10KW, and even use more powerful ultrasonic cleaning assembly line equipment.
2. Classification by frequency
The frequency of ultrasonic wave is another important indicator of the cleaning machine, because it determines the cleaning effect of the cleaned object.
In general, it can be applied to customers without special requirements (such as machinery, electroplating, diamond, watch glasses, jewelry and other industries) at low frequency (20KHZ-80KHZ). However, some special industries have higher requirements for ultrasonic frequency, such as drug inspection and drug processing industries. Generally, the frequency is required to be 40KHZ, 50KHZ, 60KHZ, 90KHZ or higher. However, due to the limitation of technology, it is impossible to increase the frequency without limitation. Too high frequency will bring great difficulty to the production of transducer and the circuit of generator.
