Before purchasing an ultrasonic cleaner, what kind of issues should be consided?

(1) The overall size, material, and quantity of the cleaning product. What material is the workpiece you want to clean? What is its shape, structure, and size? How many pieces need to be cleaned each time?
(2) What kind of dirt do you want to clean from the workpiece? Is it dust, grease, or stamping and pulling grease, polishing wax, and carbon deposits?
(3) What ultrasonic frequency is suitable for cleaning products? If it is a large workpiece and the precision requirement is relatively low, low-frequency ultrasound can be selected. For electronic components or circuit boards, which require high accuracy and are afraid of damage, high-frequency ultrasound or even megahertz level ultrasound should be selected.
(4) How long is the cleaning time? If you only occasionally perform ultrasonic cleaning on the workpiece for a short period of time, you can purchase a slightly cheaper small ultrasonic cleaner. If ultrasonic cleaners are used frequently and each cleaning operation takes a long time, it is recommended to purchase an industrial or laboratory ultrasonic cleaner. This type of ultrasonic cleaner is relatively excellent in design and manufacturing process, and has a longer service life, which can ensure long-term continuous operation.
